With the new AppLink feature you can access mobile apps on select smartphone brands via voice control. Your voice also controls the wide array of available features for travel, directions and information.

The Super Duty® offers the class-exclusive Live-Drive Power Takeoff provision.* Because it is integrated into the transmission's design, upfitting your truck at the shop happens a lot faster and with fewer headaches. The Live-Drive Power Takeoff utilizes an output gear linked directly to the engine crankshaft to power upfits anytime the engine is running, whether you're in motion or at a stop — and lets you use applications like salt spreaders, highway tree-trimming equipment and more. And with the segment-exclusive split-shaft capability, multiple applications can be operated at the same time.
*Requires 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel and compatible aftermarket power takeoff unit. Class is Full-Size Pickups over 8,500 lbs. GVWR. - When going downhill you need the Hill Descent Control™, included on single rear-wheel pickups with the available FX4 Off-Road Package. To activate it, push the Hill Descent Control button, press the brake once to set the desired speed and hold the steering wheel. Then the system applies brake pressure as needed to descend grades at a controlled speed.
- The instrument cluster features a driver-configurable LCD Productivity Screen where you'll see more than you might have expected. Fuel economy. Towing information. Off-road data. Plus plenty of additional vehicle information. And it's all easy to navigate on the screen or with steering wheel switches that help you keep your eyes on the road while toggling through the content on the screen. It's standard in Lariat and King Ranch® and available in XLT.
- The class-exclusive integrated tailgate* step makes it easier to access that payload. This step stows inside the tailgate, can be easily accessed when needed and includes a flip-up grab bar. Also, it has a 350-lb. load capacity so even the big guys don't have to sweat it.
