The 600 Series Additive Injector system offers single or multiple additive injection at flow rates typically found in aviation refuelers, hydrant systems, heating oil delivery trucks and water treatment vehicles. The unique positive displacement drive responds precisely to changes in product volume even at very low flow rates. Like all Hammonds Additive Injectors, the 600 dispenses precise quantities of additive at a continuous rate, eliminating the “slugging” effect typically found in meter-pulsed additive injectors. The additive is injected just ahead of the driver, providing complete, consistent additive blending. When it comes to accurate injection without the use of electrical power, Hammonds Additive Injectors can't be beat! The Model 600 is a completely self-contained additive injector unit that offers totally unassisted injection. Product meters and pulsars are not required allowing a simple and economical installation that provides the customer with guaranteed precision blending of their additive time after time.
