PER FIT® Connectors

PER FIT® connectors come in several different types and sizes to meet the needs of the industry using metal clad (MC) cable. PER FIT® connectors are sized to fit metal clad cables ranging in sizes from ½ inch up to 4.33 inches. The Non-Water Tight (NWT) and Non-Water Tight Union (NWTU) connectors are listed for indoor use or dry locations, while the Water Tight (WT) and Water Tight Union (WTU) connectors are UL listed for wet locations. The Water Tight Pouring Chamber (WTPC) and Water Tight Union Pouring Chamber (WTUPC) are UL listed for hazardous locations where a gas block is needed. The following pages include detailed information on each connector type, specifications, and sizing guidelines. To appropriately size the connector for a cable, the outer diameter of the metal armor must be measured.
