It is for a french four glass, crystal regulator, or other similar clock which would use a mercury pendulum. It has a standard hook to connect to the suspension spring. It is 6 ½ inches long, and 2 ¼ inches wide. The mercury tubes are very clear, and it looks beautiful with its shiny finish on the brass.
