Consulting and Technical Services

We offer a broad range of consulting and technical services to assist manufacturers, operators, distributors and retail providers in assuring the quality and safety of their food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

Environmental Sampling

We provide customized programs for pre-operative and/or post-operative environmental sampling of food and non-food contact surfaces. We provide the supplies for the gathering of samples by either your staff or ours and conduct all analysis in our labs. Our reports can assist in the investigation of problematic areas to pinpoint the source of contaminants.

FDA Import Detention Testing

We coordinate with the FDA and brokers/importers, traveling to your site as necessary, to gather required information on shipments and arrange for independent sampling. Full analysis is conducted in our labs and we work with the FDA to provide the complete analytical package and reports needed for FDA decision-making on the release or disposition of shipments.

Shelf Life Evaluations

Our expertise encompasses the microbiological, chemical and organoleptic determination of product shelf life. We test products under normal and varying atmospheric conditions, alternate packaging and other factors affecting overall shelf life to assist you in extending the shelf life of your products.
