Flying Food Group launched Fresh Food Solutions (FFS) in 1996, producing a wide range of entrees and snacks for retail partners in grocery, food service and specialty markets.
FFG maintains five dedicated Fresh Food Solutions facilities across the US, while six FFG kitchens produce quality products for both airline and retail catering customers. All are USDA-regulated and observe HACCP protocols. An experienced culinary team heads FFG's Seattle-based R & D Center. The expanding retail product line includes heat & serve entrees, plus chilled grab & go meals and snacks. FFG's team of 25 international chefs creatively supports retail partners and consumer products, translating savory meals and snacks into repeat sales. FFS Customer Support includes:
