We've been at this since 1984. Today, we're still having a blast and burning lots of calories, minus the legwarmers and spandex.
BodyBusiness was born from a passion for group exercise - giving people a fun workout and inspiring people to get in shape. Now, all these years later, we still stand on that strong foundation. Our owner, Susan, has traveled the world training instructors from Japan to Germany. At home in Austin she continues to lead a strong group of instructors that will give you an inspiring workout no matter your fitness level or lack thereof.

All classes are included in your membership. Even Yoga and Pilates. Everything.
