UCS is licensed by the State of Texas as a mold remediation company, license # RCO 1008. At UCS, we have a licensed mold remediation contractor and five licensed mold remediation workers on our staff. As a state licensed company, we are able to provide a clearance certificate upon the completion of a mold remediation project.
We use an eight step mold remediation process:
1. Prepare the site
2. Contain the area
3. Achieve negative air pressure
4. Remove damaged materials
5. HEPA vacuum and clean-up
6. Apply antimicrobial treatment
7. Allow third-party to conduct clearance testing
8. Remove containment
In addition, since UCS provides full-service reconstruction as a general contractor, upon the completion of your mold remediation project, we can repair any damage to the structure caused by the remediation and return your home or office to its pre-damaged condition. As a result, you can use UCS as a single point of contact for both the remediation and reconstruction phases of your mold remediation project, and do not have to hire a separate construction company once the mold has been remediated.
