US Cooling Towers stocks large quantities of CCX cooling tower grade plywood. BBX grade is also readily available. All plywood is APA stamped Select #1 cooling tower P&T SDF. Our wood shop can layout and pre-fabricate any size plywood for hot water basins, fan decks, partition walls and splash boxes making repair / replacement projects much more efficient. Plywood is available treated or un-treated. Shop fabricated plywood materials for cooling towers are pressure treated after fabrication. In stock sizes are 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 1-1/8" square edge, including 1-1/8" tongue & groove. All stock plywood materials are West Coast Douglas Fir, 4' X 6' or 4' X 8' sheets.
